With Country Luxx CareStart, qualifying new hot tub purchases include two months of professional weekly water care provided by our local service partner, Hunter Pools.

After your spa is installed and started up, we'll coordinate your CareStart service with our local water-care partner.
Hunter Pools visits once per week during your first two months to help keep your spa water properly maintained while you get comfortable with ownership.
Country Luxx pays for it.
There is no CareStart service contract for you to sign and no obligation to continue service when the included period is finished.
If you love having the service — you can continue directly with Hunter Pools afterward.
That last part is important because it makes the whole thing feel extremely low-pressure.
Once a week, a Hunter Pools water-care professional will visit your new spa and help take care of the fundamentals.
Check the key elements of your spa's water chemistry.
Make necessary routine adjustments to help keep the water properly balanced.
Make sure your sanitation system and chemistry are where they should be.
Help keep proper water flow and filtration working as intended.
A quick set of trained eyes on your spa and water to help catch something that doesn't look right.
CareStart is also an opportunity to learn. Ask questions and become more comfortable managing your spa over time.
The goal isn’t to make you dependent on a service company. It’s to give you a great first 60 days of ownership.
We didn’t want CareStart handled by a generic third-party maintenance company.
We partnered with Hunter Pools, a local Southern Utah pool and spa service company that specializes in ongoing water care and maintenance.
Hunter Pools is owner-operated by Ryan Hunter, and his team provides professional pool and spa service throughout the St. George area and surrounding Southern Utah communities. Ryan is CPO-19 certified and built Hunter Pools around consistent water chemistry, preventative maintenance and straightforward customer service.

No. Once the included CareStart period ends, you’re free to maintain the spa yourself. If you would like ongoing professional care, you can arrange that directly with Hunter Pools.
